The service is available to all Community and Voluntary Groups within the East Ayrshire area.
Membership is £35 for the first year and is renewable on a yearly basis for just £20.

Mileage 1st 100 mile 75p per mile & after 101 miles 40p per mile
We expect groups to ensure that the vehicle is clean & tidy when returned. A cleaning fee of £25.00 will be charged for excessively dirty buses.
Cancelation fee £15 if we are given 3 days or less
We currently have a fleet of 20 minibuses.
- Range from 5 to 16 seaters of which some are fully accessible for wheelchairs and those with walking difficulties. Available 7 days a week including evenings and weekends.
Every driver must hold a D1 entitlement on their licence and must be 25 and over years of age, preferably with a clean licence. Anyone that passed their test before 31st December 1996 will have this. Anyone with an old style licence will be covered by Category A vehicles.
We ask that any driver that drives the minibuses completes a MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) Certificate. This training is provided by our trainers at £60 per driver for Standard or accessible training and £100.00 when booked together. Drivers DO NOT need to be members of your group; a friend or relative is acceptable.
We have a very limited number of volunteers that drive for us. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE to be able to supply you a driver, so we ask that you have some members of your groups trained so if the situation arises that we are not able to provide one your group is not let down if you have your own drivers.
