Group Transport
Bookings for vehicles are only accepted from members of CCT and
depend on vehicle availability. Bookings are allocated on a first
come, first served basis so early booking is recommended.
You can book by telephone, in person at our offices, by post,
fax or you can download a booking
form (MS Word doc, 34Kb) or complete a booking form online.
When making your bookings we will ask you to estimate the time
of return of the vehicle, this allows us to make other bookings
in the day or evening. It is important that you return the vehicle
at the time agreed so other groups who may be using the vehicle
are not kept waiting. There are also times when we need to remove
or put seats back into the minibus before a booking.
If you think you may be delayed we would appreciate if you would
ring CCT and keep us informed.
